Returns And Exchange Policy

1.  You may return a purchase of in stock items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  Any item that does not ship immediately and has a lead time is not considered a stock item

2.  If a return is due to an error on the part of American Uniform Sales there will be no additional fees or shipping charges.  For all other returns on stocked items, a 15 percent restocking will be charged

3.  Shipping costs to ship the item out are not refunded unless we made an error on your order. 

4.  If you select an expedited shipping method, please note that stock items take 1-2 business days to process.  Expedited shipping charges are not refunded unless there was a mistake on our part or the carrier did not deliver in time from the date we shipped your order.

5.  Special order items returns will be on a case by case basis.  Please contact us at (910) 719-9190 for details

6.  Custom items such as patches are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there was an error on our part

7.  Shipping costs to return an item we didn't make an error on are the customer's responsibility

8.  Items being returned must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags intact
